On September 21, the In‑land Group held a bhoomi pooja and ground‑breaking for its new premium residential project, Inland Euphoria, on Arya Samaj Road in Kadri, Mangaluru.
Siraj Ahamed, chairman and managing director, led the ceremony together with directors Meraj Yusuf and Wahaj Yusuf. The gathering also featured Yenepoya Group chairman Y Abdulla Kunhi, entrepreneur Sudhir Shetty, chartered accountant S S Nayak, journalist V U George of Mangalore Today, Suresh Pai of Nayak Pai Associates, K P Jagadish Adhikari, Anil Hegde, SEECO Asif and Sanath Kumar of CADD Center.
Religious blessings were offered by Moulana P S Mohammed Qamil Sakafi, Panemangaluru khateeb, Moulana Yahya Madani, headmaster of Al‑Azhariya Madarasa, Fr Walter D'Souza, vicar of Bendore, and priest Giridhar Bhat of Car Street.
Inland Euphoria is positioned in one of the city’s most coveted residential belts, targeting families that desire luxury in the city centre. The 12‑storeyed tower will host only two 3‑BHK units per floor, each spanning 2,475 sq ft or 2,740 sq ft. Apartments include attached bathrooms for every bedroom, a powder room, a domestic help room with its own toilet, and two covered parking bays.
