Udupi district will host a series of Prajaseve Andolana gatherings on September 19, providing a platform for residents to voice concerns directly to the District In‑charge Minister and local MLAs.

At 10 a.m., the Kapu Taluk Office auditorium will welcome participants for the taluk‑level session. State Minister for Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Rizwan Arshad, who also oversees the district, will chair the meeting, accompanied by Kapu MLA Gurme Suresh Shetty.

Simultaneously, hobli and village‑level meetings will commence at various venues. Kundapura MLA A. Kiran Kumar Kodgi will preside over the session at Lakshmi Narasimha Kalamandira near the Junior College. Byndoor MLA Gururaj Shetty Gantiholi will lead the gathering in the Gram Panchayat auditorium of Maravante village.

Karkala MLA Sunil Kumar will host the meeting at the Mahalingeshwara Temple auditorium in Miyaru village, while Udupi MLA Yashpal A Suvarna will oversee the session at the Gram Panchayat auditorium in Havanaje village, Brahmavar.

The Deputy Commissioner has issued a press release urging a large turnout. Attendees are encouraged to submit applications for government schemes, register grievances and seek immediate solutions from the officials present.
