Udupi: Car Stuck under a Tipper – Dragged for a kilometer – Two people injured
Udupi, July 17 (SO News) A video clip is going viral on social media in which a tipper driver can be seen dragging a car stuck under his vehicle.
It is said that the accident took place when a Santro Hyundai car was coming from Sagar to Mangaluru and a tipper car was going from Belman to Bekampadi. Meanwhile, the car hit the back of the tipper and got stuck inside its dumper. But the tipper driver, unaware of this, spooked by the accident, accelerated his car, and dragged it for about a kilometer.
The local people chased the vehicle and forced the tipper driver to stop the vehicle. Along with this, the Padubidri police team reached the spot and took the tapper into custody and arranged to shift the injured two men and a woman trapped in the car to a nearby hospital for treatment.
