Six college students arrested in Mangaluru for ragging juniors

Mangaluru: Six students in a private nursing college in Mangaluru were arrested on Friday for involvement in ragging. Shreelal, Shahid, Amjad, Juraij, Hussain, and Lims are the names of the arrested suspects. As reported, Shreelal allegedly abused the victims today at 8 pm while they were at a Falnir restaurant. In addition to foul language, he demanded respect from juniors. The six accused entered the victims’ room around 10.30 pm that night with lethal weapons, attacked them, and threatened to kill them unless they bow their heads before the seniors. A case has been filed.
