Today, the hearing of Rahul‘s case was heard by a bench of Justices BR Gavai, PS Narasimha and Sanjay Kumar. At the same time, Rahul Gandhi has demanded a stay on his sentence in this regard. The Gujarat High Court had refused to stay Rahul‘s two–year sentence in the defamation case.
