Satish Jarakiholi submitted proposal for construction of tunnel road in Shiradi Ghat to Gadkari.

New Delhi, June 28: The proposal for the construction of a tunnel road in Shiradi Ghat and a tunnel road from Peenya Industrial Area on Tumkur Road to Hosur, the border region of Tamil Nadu, which is the state’s main road, was presented by State Public Works Minister Satish Jarakiholi to Union Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari during their meeting.

On Monday, Public Works Minister Satish Jarakiholi met Union Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari and submitted a proposal to construct a tunnel road from Peenya Industrial Area on Tumkur Road to Tamil Nadu border area Hosur in the state capital Bengaluru.

 

Proposal for construction of tunnel road in Shiradi Ghat

At this time, he submitted a request to the Union Minister to construct a total of 14 projects in the state. Here is the proposal submitted by Seeth Jarakiholi to construct flyover roads, ghat roads, tunnel roads and other national highways.

In the proposal submitted by Jarakiholi, the state’s main road, Shiradi Ghat Tunnel, Honnavar-Kumuta Flyover, Pinya-Hosur Tunnel in Bangalore and a flyover (model of Dr. Shivakumar Swamiji Flyover on Tumkur Road) to connect Bangalore to Hebbal and a bypass road to Kalaburagi Nagar are also proposed. Requested.

Similarly Belgaum City-Pune-Bangalore road should be upgraded. A ring road should be constructed for the cities of Raichur, Gadag and Shimoga. A request has also been made to construct a flyover at Manipal Hospital Junction in Mysore city. He has submitted a request that if all these requests are granted, the problem of traffic congestion in major cities of the state will be solved.

9 thousand crore rupees for the Bengaluru-Mysore express route. It has been constructed at a cost and traffic has been facilitated. However, the old Bangalore-Mysore road, which was convenient for traffic in the past, should also be developed. Minister Satish Jarakiholi has submitted a request that the development of this old road will help the people of Bidadi, Ramanagara, Channapatnam, Maddur, Mandya and Mysore.
