Mangaluru: City bus operators have decided not to run buses during the weekend curfew
Mangaluru: The city’s private city bus owners have opted not to run buses during the district’s weekend curfew. Deputy commissioner Dr Rajendra K V, on the other hand, confirmed on Thursday, July 1 that buses are permitted to operate during the weekend curfew. However bus owners have decided not to run the buses on July 3 and 4.
On Thursday, July 1, private city and service buses started service in Dakshina Kannada and surrounding districts, with a 50% increase in seating capacity and a 20% increase in rates.
