Live-in partner murder: Sinner cooked in a cooker with body parts cut into pieces

Mumbai: After Shraddha Walker’s act in Delhi last year, similar gruesome incidents are happening more often in the country. Now another terrorist incident has happened in Mumbai. The accused has been arrested by the police.
An incident has taken place in Mumbai where a man killed his live-in partner, dismembered her body and cooked it in a cooker.
Manoj Sahani (36) lived with Saraswati Vaidya (36) in flat 704 in Geeta Akash Deep Building, 7th level, Geeta Nagar, for the past three years. Manoj runs a small shop in Borivali.
On Wednesday evening, the other members of the flat informed the police about the bad smell coming from Manoj’s residence. When the police came and saw that the body parts of a woman who had been murdered 3-4 days ago were being cooked in a cooker.
Manoj Sahani and Saraswati Vaidya were in a live-in relationship. There is a fight between the two over some issue. This act may have been done for the same reason. It is said that her body was cut into pieces during a wood cutting mission.
When we reached home and opened the door, we knew it was a case of murder. The suspect may have cooked the body part in the cooker in order to try to hide the evidence,” Deputy Commissioner of Police Jayant Bajbale said.
