Heavy rain on the coast, monsoon may entry in a few days!





Udupi : Rain has been pouring in since dawn of Friday and now the monsoon is set to enter the first week of June. The effect of Yas Cyclone may have the impact on western coast that result in early monsoon this year. According to the Met Department, the monsoon winds will enter Kerala by June and entry to Karnataka will be on in the first week of June. It is already raining in Karnataka.

Agricultural activities are also started as it is raining on time. The government has already banned motorized fishing on the coast. In the backdrop of this heavy Corona situation, the work precaution work may face hindrance, and now there is a need for immediate relief efforts by the district administration to prevent rain damage.

Caution should be exercised in many areas because of the presence of mud in the sewers, which can lead to disturbances in water flow and the creation of artificial flood. With the onset of mosquitoes, also cause of concern which would the spread of malaria and dengue epidemics cannot be ruled out
