Caught on camera: Violent clash between two families in Hyderabad late night, shots fired
There was a fight between two families in Hyderabad late night over a property dispute, bullets were fired, stones were pelted and lathis were used. This incident which took place in Mir Chowk area was captured in a CCTV camera and mobile phone. In the visuals, women armed with sticks and members of both the families are seen arguing with each other. Police personnel have been deployed in the area to prevent these two families from coming face to face again and to prevent any dispute between them again.
The dispute took place between the families of Arfat and lawyer Mohammad Ali, which later took the form of a violent clash.
Arfat had allegedly bought a house in the Mir Chowk area. When he tried to enter that house, his neighbor Muhammad Ali stopped him. He told them that there is a property dispute and the matter is in court. Arfat lodged a police complaint against the lawyer last week.
When Arfat tried to enter the house last night, Muhammad Ali and his family stopped him again. The altercation turned into a street fight. During this clash, lawyer Mohammad Ali fired in the air. The members of both the families fought and allegedly threw stones at each other.
Police said that those involved in the fight have been taken into custody.
