Can the mask be removed from April 1? What is the Center Circular Say?

According to an order issued by Home Secretary Ajay Bhalla to Chief Secretaries on 22.03.2022, the circular restriction issued on February 25, 2022 was withdrawn due to the shortage of Covid cases and large numbers of people getting vaccinated. However, the circular stated that the health department and the public should be careful.

Continuing to use containment zones, mask wear, and sanitizer in areas where the Covid cases have increased. The Disaster Management Act 2005 states that the respective States / Union Territories may make a final decision.
