Asia Cup 2023 Schedule: Date fixed for Asia Cup

Asia Cup 2023 :The dates for the Asia Cup 2023 tournament have been fixed. Asian Cricket Council (ACC) has confirmed that the Asia Cup will start from August 31 and will be held till September 17. This time the tournament will be held in a hybrid format. That means 4 matches will be held in Pakistan, which has the right to host the Asia Cup, while the remaining 9 matches will be held in Sri Lanka.

Because the BCCI had already made it clear that the Indian team will not participate in the tournament held in Pakistan. Thus, the Pakistan Cricket Board has decided to organize the tournament in a hybrid format.

Accordingly, excluding India, 4 matches will be played in Pakistan and Sri Lanka will host a total of 9 matches including the Super-4 and Final matches. In this tournament too, India-Pakistan teams are in the same group, and this match is going to be held in Sri Lanka. Also, Nepal has appeared as the third team in this group.
