On Saturday, the main cast of Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana, including Ranbir Kapoor, Yash, Sai Pallavi, Sunny Deol, and Arun Govil, gathered in New Delhi for the film’s first major promotional event. At the Ramayana: Pratham Sankalp launch, Yash referred to the film as “India’s dream project.” He praised the entire cast and crew for their dedication to the story. As co-producer and the actor playing Ravana, Yash emphasized that the film is larger than any individual star. He expressed gratitude to producer Namit Malhotra for making this massive production a reality.

Yash credited Namit Malhotra as the driving force behind the film, stating, “All the credit for bringing this to life goes to Namit Malhotra.” He also spoke highly of director Nitesh Tiwari, who helped him understand the nuances of Ravana’s character. Yash had high praise for his co-stars, particularly Ranbir Kapoor, who plays Lord Ram. He said Ranbir completely surrendered himself to the role, and it will be evident to the audience. Yash also complimented Sai Pallavi, who plays Sita, calling her flawless and highlighting her ability to convey emotions without words.

The film, which also stars Sunny Deol as Hanuman, Ravie Dubey as Lakshman, and Arun Govil as King Dasharath, will be released in two parts. Part One is scheduled for Diwali 2026, and Part Two will follow at Diwali 2027. The first trailer will be released worldwide on July 24. With its talented cast and crew, Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana is expected to be a monumental production.
