‘Our Planet, Our Health. Higher education Ashwath Narayan Koo said that with daily yoga, pranayama, exercise and eating nutritious foods, we can focus more on physical and mental health by keeping our surroundings clean.

Since the inauguration of the First Health Assembly in 1948 and its passage in 1950, this practice has been aimed at highlighting the priority area of concern for the World Health Organization and raising awareness of a specific health issue. On this World Health Day, our doctors have called for action to eliminate health inequalities. Part of a year-long global campaign aims to bring people together and build a better, healthier world. Our health is not simply the result of our own intelligence and care. This should be in line with the amazing advances in the medical sciences. So we, personally and collectively, need to think about what we do for our personal and social health on this World Health Day.
