On Monday, August 3, a ceremony will be held at the Badriya Juma Masjid premises in Shamsul Ulama Nagara, Karaya, Uppinangady, to accept Sayyidul Ulama Sayyid Muhammad Jifri Muthukoya Thangal as Qazi. The event, which starts at 5:30 PM, is organized by the Badriya Juma Masjid Management Committee and SKSSF Karaya Unit. Sayyidul Ulama Sayyid Muhammad Jifri Muthukoya Thangal, President of Samastha Kerala Jamiyyathul Ulama, will also inaugurate a new Madrasa building during the event. The ceremony will include a Shaikhuna Shamsul Ulama Mawlid Majlis and an Ishq Majlis program conducted by Mansoor Puthanathani. Sayyid Zainul Abideen Jifri Thangal of Darussalam Beltangady will be in attendance. Other notable guests include Sayyid Anas Hadi Thangal, Abdul Salam Faizi, Ishaq Faizi Kukkila, Abdul Razzaq Darimi, Abdul Rahman Haji Kollejalu, and K.H. Abdul Latheef. The program has been collaborated by various organizations, including Shamsul Huda Young Men’s Association Karaya, Vadithwayiba Non-Resident Committee Karaya, SYS Karaya Branch, and SKSBV Karaya Branch. The event is expected to bring together various religious and social leaders from the region.
