On June 12, a meeting titled ‘Udupi Vision-2035’ will be held at Hotel Kidiyur Seshashayan Hall in Udupi at 5:30 pm, as announced by Ammunje Prabhakar, President of Udupi Chamber of Commerce and Industries. This meeting aims to create a comprehensive development blueprint for Udupi over the next ten years. Experts from various fields will gather to share their views on the city’s development. The meeting will also focus on gathering opinions on project feasibility. According to Dr. Vijayendra, General Secretary of Udupi Chamber of Commerce, previous ‘Udupi Vision’ meetings were held when Ponnu Raj and Raju were district officials, but this time, the approach will be more planned. Dozens of organizations, including civil engineers, chartered accountants, jewellers, builders, and hoteliers, will join forces with the Chamber of Commerce to present their opinions on development in their respective fields. The meeting will be attended by legislators, parliamentarians, and leaders from all parties. Other attendees at the press conference included Chambers Vice President P. Nataraja Prabhu, Anish Pai, and representatives from the Civil Engineers Association, Bhagwanadas and Niranjan Kumar.
