Tonse Panchayat vice president Nithyananda Kemmannu passes away

Nethyananda Kemmannu, Vice President of Tonse Panchayath, a young leader and trusted Soldier of the public, has died today. He also served as the panchayath president and was instrumental in the progress of the village. He was the leader of Congress party and, instrumental in unite the party and development of Kemmannu Panchayth
