On Sunday morning, actress Sonakshi Sinha posted to Instagram from her Mumbai balcony, showing herself sipping coffee while the Arabian Sea stretched below, and captioned the snap with a simple Happy Sunday.

The brief video clip, part of her Instagram Stories, offered a blurry yet pleasant glimpse of the star enjoying a quiet moment, the city skyline framing the sea horizon. It was a calm start to a day that later turned into a digital travelogue of her recent family vacation in Bhutan.

In a vlog uploaded to her social channels, Sonakshi narrated the family’s journey from the plane’s descent into Paro, describing how clouds gave way to the snow‑capped peak of Mount Kanchenjunga. She highlighted the cultural richness of Bhutan, from the historic Royal Academy to the traditional architecture of Paro town, and recounted the trek to the iconic Tiger’s Nest monastery, calling the climb “unforgettable.”

During the trip, the actress noted the surprising popularity of Bollywood in Bhutan. She recalled a local singer who performed her song Chori Kiya Re Jiya from Dabangg with such fluency that she could not share the clip for copyright reasons. Sonakshi expressed gratitude for the warm reception, saying each encounter deepened her connection with the Himalayan nation.

Professionally, the 39‑year‑old was last seen portraying public prosecutor Neha Rajvansh in the courtroom drama System, sharing screen space with Jyotika. Her recent releases include the theatrical thriller Nikita Roy, which hit theatres in July 2025, and the horror‑comedy Kakuda, now streaming on ZEE5.
