On March 28, 2026, Skoda India highlighted the performance of its Chilimbi showroom in Mangaluru, noting a sharp rise in enquiries for the newly launched Kylaq, a steady flow of deliveries across its model range and a growing service footprint.

Operating for 13 years, the Chilimbi outlet lifted annual sales from 250 vehicles to more than 500. In the last three months, the Kylaq attracted 1,450 enquiries, converting into 186 bookings and 48 units delivered to buyers.

Monthly deliveries average 20 Kushaq units, while cumulative figures show 1,300 Slavia and 60 Kodiaq cars handed over. A refreshed Kodiaq version is slated for launch in June 2025.

Skoda continues to promote safety, with every model earning a 5‑star NCAP rating. The Kylaq starts at Rs 9.80 lac. Warranty coverage includes a five‑year plan for Kushaq, three years for Slavia and four years for Kodiaq.

The showroom’s sales floor is staffed by 18 professionals under the leadership of sales head Kiran Kumar Suvarna. Complementing sales, a service centre in Urwa employs 30 technicians, earning praise for prompt and efficient after‑sales support.

Recent highlights feature the first seven‑seater Kodiaq delivered with fanfare, the arrival of the all‑new Octavia RS, and the upcoming Grand Unregistered Car Sale Festival at Tafe Access on August 23.

Across its portfolio—Kodiaq, Superb, Kushaq, Slavia and Kylaq—Skoda blends European design with German technology, aiming to meet Indian consumers' demand for premium yet practical mobility solutions.
