Shirur: Full lockdown for 4 Days From June 03 To 06

Byndoor, May 31: From July 3 to June 6, to curb the growing Covid 19 cases in the Shirur Gram Panachayath limit a complete lock-down has been announced.

This important decision was taken at the Shiruru Gram Panchayath Task Force meeting held today. Infection of Corona cases is not come under control as as expected in Shirur Village. There for the entire village will be put in lock down for period of four days from From June 03 To 06

During the entire lock down, only the medical facility and medical shop and milk shops are open. That is why villagers are asked to purchase essential items, groceries and vegetables before 02nd june. The Gram Panchayath has made provision to call the Gram Panchayat helpline number Mo-9480878620 or call the shop owner directly to order groceries and vegetables to take home in case of emergency.

The purpose of this whole lock down is to free the village of Shirur from Corona virus and people Should cooperate the official . If the lock-down rules are violated, strict legal action will be taken, PDO Manjunath Shatty said.
