Raksha Ramaiah will lead the Youth Congress in Karnataka till the tip of December.
Bangalore : The Karnataka Pradesh Youth Congress Committee (KPYCC) will be led by Raksha Ramaiah until December 31, 2021.He was elected president of the youth wing in a contentious election in February this year, after his competitor Mohammed Haris Nalapad received the most votes but was disqualified. Following the election, the two have been at odds over conflicting claims to the presidency.

Mr. Raksha Ramaiah, Mr. Nalapad, D.K. Shivakumar, president of the KPCC, and B.V. Srinivas, head of the Indian Youth Congress, met on Tuesday to negotiate a power-sharing formula. Mr. Raksha Ramaiah was elected president and will serve till the end of December 2021. Mr. Srinivas told The Hindu that Mr. Nalapad would fill the position for the remainder of the three-year term.
