On 15 March 2024 the annual general meeting of the South Kerala Sunni Students Federation (SKSSF) Uppinnangadi Zone convened at the Rotary Club conference hall in Uppinnangadi, where Abdul Rahim Kolpe was elected president and Munir Atur appointed general secretary for the 2026‑29 term.
The gathering, presided over by zone chairman Abdul Jabbar Aslami Karai, began with a prayer led by Umar Faizi Nellyadi. Ilyas Arshadi Kundaje formally opened the session before zone secretary‑general Syed Ismail Tamang presented the financial statement for 2024‑26.
During the ceremony, awards recognizing outstanding contributions at the cluster and branch levels were distributed, including the coveted Organiser Award. In recognition of his long‑standing service, Syed Ismail Tamang received a commemorative plaque and a shawl from the zone committee.
Following directives from the district committee, regional officers Yasar Kausari, Yasir Chibidre, Shafi Papettadk and senior member Bathish Haji Patarkodi oversaw the proceedings, ensuring adherence to organisational protocols while the new office bearers were chosen.
The elected slate for 2026‑29 lists Abdul Rahim Kolpe as president, with Muhammad Karveelu, P.A. Aslami Mardhal, Abdul Latheef Karai as vice‑presidents. Munir Atur assumes the role of general secretary, assisted by Siddiq Niraaj, M.G. Ansari Hirebandadi, Abdul Jabbar Aslami Karai as treasurer, and Yusuf Haji Uppinnangadi as co‑treasurer. Additional appointments include working secretary Safwan Bakhavi Maapall, executive members Razak Biliyuru, Abdul Hamid Kundaje, Muhammad Kootelu, Hafiz Uppinnangadi, Ansif Golitottu, Asif G.M. Gandibagilu, K.M. Siddiq Faizi Karai, Haris Nairanki, Faizal Biliyuru, Tufail Azhari Hirebandadi, Zunaif Kolpe, and district councillors Haris Kausari Kolpe, P.A. Aslami Mardhal, Aziz Faizi Karai, K.H. Abdul Latheef Karai, Ashraf Korepadu, Muhammad Karveelu, Mustafa K.P., Jabbar Uppinnangadi, Yusuf Bailingadi, Umar Faizi Nellyadi, Asif G.M. Gandibagilu, Zakharia Musliyar Atur, Aziz Paltadi, Haris Rahmani Kolpe, Jabbar Aslami Karai. Yusuf Haji Uppinnangadi welcomed the assembly, and working secretary Safwan Bakhavi Maapall offered concluding remarks.
