Moodlekatte Nursing College Hosts International Yoga Day with AYUSH Hospital Support
International Yoga Day brought together students and staff at Moodlekatte Nursing College in Kundapur on Monday, with the event organized in collaboration with the Government Taluk AYUSH Hospital. The celebration aimed to underscore yoga's role in enhancing physical, mental, and emotional health.
Dr. Shilpa K. from the Kundapur Government Taluk AYUSH Hospital served as the chief guest. The college's Principal Jennifer Frieda Menezes, Vice Principal Rupshree K.S., along with teaching and non-teaching staff, and students attended the gathering. The program commenced with a formal welcome to the dignitaries.
In his address, Dr. Shilpa K. emphasized how regular yoga practice contributes to a healthier lifestyle, improved physical fitness, and greater mental peace. He encouraged both students and staff to incorporate yoga into their daily routines for overall well-being.
