On June 6, Minister UT Khader will be felicitated at a public ceremony in Sulya, marking his first visit to the area since becoming the Health, Family Welfare and Dakshina Kannada District In-charge Minister. Bharat Mundodi, Chairman of the District Guarantee Committee and Chief Convener of the ceremony, announced the event. The programme will be presided over by Bhagirathi Murulya, MLA from Sulya Constituency. Vidyaprasanna Tirtha Swamiji, Reverend Fr. Thomas Parekkattil, and Khatib Ahmed Naeem Faizi will offer their blessings. Dr. KV Chidananda, President of Academy Liberal Education, will inaugurate the programme, which will also feature prominent guests including T.M. Shaheed, Dr. KV Renuka Prasad, Harish Injadi, Girish Bhardwaj, and others. A reception committee has been formed to ensure the success of the programme, with a separate counter system in place to receive public requests. The organizers, including Bharat Mundodi, Sadananda Mavaji, and K.M. Mustafa, have appealed to the public to participate in large numbers and make the felicitation ceremony a success.
