JOSAA Round 1: 26 Students From Creative Education Institute Secure Spots at IITs, NITs and IIITs
Twenty-six students from Kundapur's Creative Education Institute have earned admission to premier technical institutions across India following the first-round seat allotment results of JOSAA Counseling for the 2026-27 academic year. The list includes four students bound for IITs, nine for NITs, and thirteen for IIITs.
Among the IIT selections, Nagadev M.G. will head to IIT Guwahati, Namit K. Hegde to IIT Hyderabad, Pratham Tammanagouder to IIT Gandhinagar, and Rashmi R.H. to IIT Bhubaneswar.
The NIT allotments feature Tejas R.B., Tejas Hegde, and Dishanth M. — all bound for NITK Surathkal. Manoj S. chose NIT Patna, while Akshat R. Hegde and Anirudh Upadhyay picked NIT Bhopal. Basavaraddy will study at NIT Goa, Akshata M. Hegde at NIT Andhra Pradesh, and Dhruva V.B. at NIT Arunachal Pradesh.
For IIITs, Dhanush H.A. secured a seat at IIIT Jabalpur. Samvit Amit Gokarna, Dhrish, and Hrithik Mahesh all chose IIIT Guwahati. Ninad R. Naik will attend IIIT Pune, Suksheet G. Gowda IIIT Surat, and Irrigation S. Bhatt IIIT Kottayam. Prajwal Bhatt and Prajnalochana B.R. opted for IIIT Dharwad, Pritam N.B. for IIIT Bhagalpur, and Nayana D. Gonda for IIIT Tiruchirappalli.
Additionally, Kushal L. secured admission at SPA Bhopal and Tanmay R. Jadav at SPA Vijayawada.
Founders, lecturers, and non-teaching staff of the institute felicitated the achievers and extended their best wishes for the students' academic journeys ahead.
