Maharashtra: Recently, the relation of Jayesh Pujari alias Shakir, who threatened to kill Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, with a terrorist from Jammu and Kashmir has come to the fore. Let us tell you that Shakir had threatened Nitin Gadkari twice. Investigation in this regard revealed that Shakir was also related to the notorious terrorist of Jammu and Kashmir Bashiruddin Noor Ahmed alias Afsar Pasha. Bashuruddin Noor Ahmed alias Afsar Pasha has been made a co-accused in the same offences. At present, Bashiruddin Noor Ahmed alias Afsar Pasha is lodged in Belgaum’s Hindalga Jail. He will be brought to Nagpur soon.

Why was Gadkari threatened?

Let us tell you that in the meantime the accused Jayesh Pujari has revealed in the interrogation why he had threatened Nitin Gadkari. According to media reports, Pujari has told during investigation that Gadkari is very close to the Sangh and has threatened him. In such a situation, the question has now been raised that why only Union Minister Nitin Gadkari was threatened from Belgaum Jail. Yes, a shocking fact has come to the fore in the interrogation of the accused Jayesh alias Shakir for the last two months.

Calling from jail threatening to kill

It may be noted that on January 14 and March 21, Jayesh Pujari alias Shakir called Nitin Gadkari’s Public Relations Office in Nagpur and demanded a ransom of Rs 100 crore for the first time and Rs 10 crore for the second time. Jayesh had threatened to kill Gadkari for not giving. Nagpur police investigation revealed that these threat calls were made from Belgaum Jail. The Nagpur police had registered two separate cases in both the cases of intimidation, following which UAPA was invoked in both the cases. In this way, threats to big leaders are increasing day by day. This is a matter of concern.
