Thonse Jayakrishna Shetty, the Samiti's founder, highlighted the significant achievement of celebrating the 25th-year Silver Jubilee grandly, a testament to the members' unity and hard work. He informed the assembly that the event successfully brought district development concerns to the attention of numerous political dignitaries, including two senior state ministers. Shetty emphasized the crucial need to engage the youth actively in the Samiti's future endeavors. As a non-governmental organization, JKPPS consistently brings various district issues to the government's notice, he stated, having effectively fulfilled its responsibility. He added that the Samiti's district committee, under Harish Kumar Shetty, has completed 80 percent of its assigned tasks, leaving the remaining 20 percent for the government to address.
