On July 11, Mangaluru witnessed a grand celebration as In-Land Group marked its 40th anniversary at The Grand Bay, Airport Road. The event was attended by prominent personalities, business leaders, customers, associates, employees, and well-wishers who gathered to commemorate four decades of excellence in the real estate industry. Founded by Siraj Ahamed in 1986, In-Land Group has evolved from humble beginnings to become one of Karnataka’s most respected real estate developers. Over the years, the company has transformed the skylines of Mangaluru, Bengaluru, Puttur, and Mysuru with landmark residential and commercial developments, fulfilling the dreams of thousands of families through quality construction and ethical business practices.
The celebration commenced with a traditional invocation, followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by dignitaries including Amith Singh IPS, Nagendra D Pai, Ajith Rai Pade, Abdul Salam, and Hemanth Shriyan. The guest list included Sathish Bhandary, Walter Nandalike, Santosh Paul, Ashok Kumar Chowta, and Shambhavi Vrindhavana, among other prominent personalities.
