Bangalore: Cases of unethical police brutality are increasing in the state. Recently, there was moral police action in Mangalore, Chikkaballapur, Mudigere taluk of Chikkamagaluru district. Currently, CM Siddaramaiah is on this matter (Siddaramaiah) He tweeted that unethical policing is no longer allowed in the state. He said that as soon as our government came to power, I have given strict instructions to the police officers to take decisive action against those who create an atmosphere of fear in the society and disrupt harmony through social media.

Anti-communal wing to prevent moral policing

Home Department Minister Dr. G. Parameshwar recently said that he will set up an anti-communal wing to prevent moral policing. Speaking at a press conference at the City Police Commissioner’s office, he said that a new unit will be started under the Mangalore Commissionerate.

 

There will be competent officers in the anti-communal wing. We believe that there are good people on the coast. People are talking that there is an atmosphere of fear in this part. He said that he had instructed the police to bring communal harmony.

A bad name for the state

There is a lot of moral policing going on in the coastal areas. If this is not prevented, the department and the state will have a bad name. So we will take action against moral policing. The police have been instructed that the coastal part should become a drug-free zone by August 15.

 

Moral policing by Muslim youth in Chintamani

Chikkaballapur: It was recently learned that the youth had conducted a moral police strike in Mehboob Nagar of Chintamani district. An attempt was made to assault a Hindu youth because he was with a Muslim young woman. He also tried to assault a young Muslim woman.

A young woman from Chelur was with a young man from Chintamani when the youth who came to the place abused the young man and tried to assault him. The incident took place in Chintamani Nagar police station.
