Bangalore, July 24; South Western Railway North Karnataka Gave good news to the people of the area. A special express train service connecting the capital Bangalore and Hubli in North Karnataka has been extended and ordered.

The South Western Railway has issued an order in this regard on Monday. The services of the trains which were supposed to end in July have been extended. But there will be no change in train schedule, composition of coaches and halting points, it said.

For the convenience of passengers, Sri Siddharudh Swamiji informed that the daily special express (train number 07339/40) service between Hubballi and Krantiveera Sangolli Rayanna Bangalore stations is being extended.

 

Order details; Special express train (07339) running between SSS Hubballi – KSR Bangalore has been extended from July 28 to September 30. Earlier it was decided to run the train service till July 27.

 

KSR Bangalore-Hubli Special Express Train (07340) service has been extended from July 29 to October 1. Earlier it was decided to run the train from Bangalore till July 28.

At present KSR Bangalore-Dharwad via Hubli runs Vande Bharat train services except Tuesdays. In this background, will the regular express train service between Bangalore and Hubli be suspended? A question arose. But the department said that the train service will continue and issued an order in this regard.

Yesvantpur-Murdeshwar Rail Extension; In another order, South Western Railway has issued an order to extend the service period of Yeshavantpur-Murdeshwar weekly special trains in Bengaluru.

The weekly special express (06563/ 06564) running between Yeswantpur-Murdeshwar has decided to extend the service period of the trains due to passenger demand.

The service of these trains has been extended. But there will be no change in schedule, station, fares. Even this time the department has not responded to the demand of train passengers that this train should be made permanent and run daily.

Train No. 06563 Yesvantpur-Murdeshwar weekly special express train service departing from Yesvantpur station every Saturday is being extended from 5th August to 26th August. Earlier it was indicated that the train will run till July 29.

Train No. 06564 Murdeshwar-Yeshavantpur weekly special express train service starting from Murdeshwar every Sunday is being extended from August 6 to 27. Earlier it was ordered that the train will run till July 30.

Last month there was a news that Indian Railways will cancel the Yeswantpur-Murdeshwar train service. Then the train passengers expressed outrage. He demanded that the railway connecting Bengaluru and the coast should be extended. Then the train service was extended till the end of July. Now it has been extended till August.
