The report is based on several important factors including health care, education, stability, infrastructure and environment. 2 Australian cities Melbourne and Sydney are ranked 3rd and 4th. On the other hand, Toronto is ranked 5th, 7th and 9th respectively, apart from 3 Canadian cities i.e. Vancouver and Calgary. Similarly, 2 cities of Switzerland are also in the top 10 list.
