Hearing again today in the case filed against Brijbhushan Sharan Singh
New Delhi: In the case filed against former President of the Indian Wrestling Association and Kaddawar BJP MP Brijbhushan Singh, hearing is to be held in Rau’s Avnue Court today in Delhi. In fact, the charge sheet filed by the police in the hearing of last 28 July was discussed in the court. During this time, Brijbhushan’s lawyer had said in the court that the charge sheet filed by the police is much more pages, so it requires more time to read it.
In fact, in the case of sexual harassment from Delhi Police Women’s wrestlers, Brijbhushan had filed a charge sheet against Sharan Singh on 15 June. The court is now hearing in this case. At the same time during the Beti hearing, Brijbhushan was not present in the court, on which his lawyer told the court that he had gone out of any work. In such a case, he has been given a petition for his exemption from his muscle. Necessary arguments were also given for the investigation of documents in this run court.
Significantly, Brijbhushan Sharan Singh, President of Indian Wrestling Federation, has been accused of serious sexual harassment by 6 female wrestlers. In this case, the police have filed the charge sheet against Brijbhushan Sharan Singh under Section 354, 354A, 354D. of IPC.
