Hajj Yatra 2023: The Supreme Court said that no action should be taken against the private Haj operators until the Haj pilgrims return.

New Delhi: Hajj Travel 2023: The Supreme Court has given its verdict on the matter of disqualification of 17 private Haj operators by the Central Government. In this decision, the Supreme Court has given relief to 17 private Haj operators for the time being. The Supreme Court allowed 1200 Haj pilgrims to go on Haj.

The court said that no action should be taken against the private Haj operators until the Haj pilgrims return. Along with this, the Supreme Court in its order said that a hearing is to be held in the Delhi High Court on July 7. Present your side on the central government there.

On behalf of the Central Government, ASG Sanjay Jain said that Haj operators who do not meet the criteria, if Haj pilgrims are sent along with them, they may face trouble in Saudi Arabia.

Sajjay Jain said that we do not want to affect Haj pilgrims in any way, they will not have to spend anything extra from their pocket. They should be allowed to go on Haj through other NGOs.
