Finally.. WhatsApp is Working on the Multi-Account Feature in one Device
WABetaInfo reported that the WhatsApp instant messaging service is testing a new feature that allows users to access multiple accounts on one device, a feature that many users are waiting for.
The site, which specializes in monitoring experimental features in WhatsApp, said that after launching the (companion mode) feature, which provides users with the ability to use one account on multiple devices, WhatsApp is now developing a feature that allows access to multiple accounts in one device.
WABetaInfo said that it had detected this feature in the beta version number 2.23.13.5 of the (WhatsApp Business) application in the Android system available in the (Google Play) store.
And the site warned that it has evidence indicating that the feature is compatible with the WhatsApp application for ordinary users, and it will not be an exclusive feature for commercial activities.
And the site published a screenshot revealing that WhatsApp is really working on the multi-account feature by implementing a menu that allows users to select the account they want to log into.
When a user first sets up an additional account, it will be stored on the device until they decide to sign out of the account, and they can always switch between accounts.
By integrating the multi-account feature, users will have the ability to manage their personal conversations, work-related discussions, and other social interactions within a single app.
This separation ensures that users can maintain privacy, manage notifications efficiently, and switch between different accounts without having to use parallel apps.
It is believed that this feature will also simplify the management of multiple accounts across different devices. Instead of having to install and configure WhatsApp separately on each device, users can access and switch between their different accounts using a single app on their main device.
Those wishing to try out the new features can sign up for the WhatsApp Business Beta Program on Android, and the latest beta version of the app can also be downloaded and installed manually from here. You can also sign up for the iOS beta program here.
