Final Notification for Construction of Ankola Airport

Tuesday In a statement issued by the District Collector Mullai Mugilan MP, the final notification under Section 19 (1) of the New Land Acquisition Act 2013 has been issued to the government to acquire the land.

A land map of the land being subjected to scrutiny has been placed on the sub division of the Special Land Acquisition Officer and Assistant Commissioner of the Kumarata Airport.

Landlord and interested persons may file a complaint with the Special Land Acquisition Officer of the Allegri Civil Airport and Assistant Commissioner of Commons if they make objections to Article 21 (2) within 30 days of notification.
