On August 13, 2026, the Jaya Shree Krishna Parisara Premi Samiti, a non-governmental organisation dedicated to environmental awareness and social welfare, hosted a social get-together at the Fortune Atrium in Dubai. Thonse Jayakrishna A. Shetty, the founder of the Samiti, presided over the event, which was attended by prominent guests, including Dr. Ronald Colaco, Dr. B. R. Shetty, and Dharmapal Devadiga. The programme began with the traditional lighting of the lamp, symbolising knowledge, unity, and the spirit of social service.
