Dakshina other district in rising coronavirus cases

Mangalore: Coronation in Dakshina Kannada district is increasing day by day, with the highest number of Covid cases being registered on Friday in the four months of this year. Coronavirus was confirmed in 256 people tested within 48 hours.

At least 92 people have been discharged from the hospital on Friday in the district. A total of 37,562 cases of coronavirus were reported in the district, of which 35,405 were cured. At present 1414 patients are receiving treatment in various hospitals.

Containment Zone Declaration
Corona was confirmed ten days ago at a convent in Mangalore. Corona has inspected 59 of their primary contact, and it is currently confirmed that 19 people have Corona. In effect, the area has been declared a containment zone. Similarly, Corona has been confirmed as a containment zone for five people in a house near the waterway.

Meeting of the Minister
On Friday, Minister of Defense Kota Srinivasa Poojary held a virtual meeting to discuss the progress of the vaccine, including the Covid palliative measures.

The DPC headed by the District Collector at 9 am The meeting will be attended by heads of private hospitals and medical colleges with Covid patients. A meeting of Covid Nodal officials was also held at the same time, sources said.
