CPM leader Sri Ram Reddy dies; leaders express condolences

BENGALURU: A senior leader of the CPM party on April 1 (UNI), former Govt. Sriramareddy has died of a heart attack.

G.V. Congress leader and Opposition leader Siddaramaiah has expressed deep regret over the death of Sharee Ramareddy. He tweeted about this.

I am shocked by the death of GV Srirama Reddy, a senior leader and former MLA of the CPM. Reddy, who has dedicated his life to fighting for the poor, the workers and the peasantry, has been the epitome of communalism in recent years.

I have lost a long-time friend and a man of state in the recent death of GV Srirama Reddy, who was trying to organize secular forces. I am deeply saddened by the plight of their family members and followers. He said.
