Tirthananda Rao once again attempted suicide by drinking poison. He made it live on his official Facebook page. He alleged that a woman is responsible for his present condition. He claimed during the live session that he was in live-in with the said woman, but she emotionally blackmailed him. He also claimed that the woman extorted money from him and pushed him into debt.

Comedian in debt because of woman

He said in the live video: I am in debt of Rs 3-4 lakh because of this woman. I have known him since October last year. She filed a police complaint against me in Bhayandar (a western suburb in Mumbai) and I don’t even know for what reason. Then she would also call me and say that she wants to meet.

Poured poison in a glass and then…

In the live video, he shared the emotions he was going through. After this, he took out a bottle of insect repellant and drank it after pouring it into a glass. Seeing him taking such a drastic step, his friends rushed to his house and found him unconscious. They called the police and the actor was taken to the hospital. Tirthananda had earlier also attempted suicide in a similar manner during Facebook Live in December 2021.
