On Sunday, a preliminary meeting was held at Kundapur Sri Narayana Guru Kalyan Mandir to discuss the upcoming Chaturmasa Vrithutthura of Shri Brahmananda Saraswati Swamiji, which is scheduled to take place from June 29 to September 14 at Baindur Golihole white stone Vinayaka Temple. Chaturmasa Committee Chairman and Byndur MLA Gururaj Gantihole emphasized that Chaturmasa represents pure devotion and an act of virtue. This 48-day event will be the first time Shri Brahmananda Saraswati Swamiji has performed Chaturmas in Udupi district, bringing the entire community together. MLA A. Kiran Kumar Kodli highlighted the importance of unity and non-partisanship in this program, which is organized by the president of Billava Samaj in Kundapur Assembly Constituency. The honorary chairman of the Chaturmasa Committee, former MLA K. Gopal Pujari, mentioned that committees have already been formed in all parts of Byndur Constituency and a meeting will be held in Kundapur taluk under the leadership of Billava Sangh president Ashok Pujari. The event aims to unite all communities, with President of Kundapur Billava Samaj Seva Sangh Ashok Pujari Bijadi stating that gurus are not limited to one caste or vote. Various dignitaries, including Shanta Vasudeva, Ganesh Pujari, and Uday Pujari Belve, spoke at the meeting, which was welcomed and thanked by Kundapur Billava Samaj Seva Sangh General Secretary Yogesh Pujari Kodi.
