Breaking; Akash Ambani to be Reliance Jio’s new Chairman

Mumbai, June 27; Reliance Jio appoints new Sarathi Mukesh Ambani’s son Akash Ambani was announced as the new chairman on Tuesday.

Mukesh Ambani resigns as Reliance Jio Director Akash Ambani has been appointed as the new Chairman of Reliance Jio.

Akash Ambani was the Executive Director of Reliance Jio Non. He has now been elected as the new Chairman. But Mukesh Ambani will continue as chairman of Jio Platforms Limited.

Mukesh Ambani has resigned from his post as director of the company with effect from June 27. Pankaj Mohan Pawar has taken over as Managing Director.

Pankaj Pawar has been appointed as Managing Director of the company for the next 5 years. Additional directors Raminder Singh Gujral and K.M. V. Chowdhury will serve as independent director. His appointment will be in force for 5 years.

These changes have been made in Reliance Jio as per the decision of the Reliance Jio Executive Council on June 27.

Introduction of Akash Ambani; Akash Ambani, the eldest son of Mukesh Ambani, holds an economics degree from Brown University. Mukesh Ambani managed the company’s transactions.

The board also approved Mukesh Ambani’s resignation as president. This new appointment was made afterwards. However, it is clear that Mukesh Ambani will continue as the Chairman of Geo Platforms Limited.

Akash Ambani is credited with building Jio’s 4G system. One can recall that in 2020 the largest technology companies around the world invested in Geo.
