On Sunday, the Bharatiya Janata Party's newly elected national office‑bearers gathered at the party's central headquarters on Deendayal Upadhyaya (DDU) Marg, New Delhi, under the chairmanship of President Nitin Nabin. The meeting focused on finalising the roadmap for the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, a service pledge campaign linked to the Modi @25 celebration, scheduled from 17 September to 17 October.

Senior leaders present included National General Secretaries Smriti Irani, Vinod Tawde and Biplab Deb; Punjab BJP in‑charge Satish Poonia and state president Kewal Singh Dhillon; National Vice President Lal Singh Arya; National office‑in‑charge and MP Tarun Chugh; National Secretary Sandeep Pathak; Vice‑Presidents Vasundhara Raje, Tirath Singh Rawat and Uttar Pradesh BJP President Pankaj Chaudhary; BJYM President Hemang Joshi; and Union Minister and Treasurer Piyush Goyal.

Official sources said the agenda also covered organisational programmes ahead of the 25‑year milestone of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's public service. The venue, an extension wing inaugurated by Prime Minister Modi in 2023, hosted the discussions.

A day earlier, the BJP passed a resolution defending the honour and historical legacy of the national song Vande Mataram, condemning the Congress Working Committee’s decision to limit its rendition to the first two stanzas at party events. Prime Minister Modi met the new office‑bearers at the headquarters on Saturday, urging them to bring fresh ideas to strengthen the party's connection with the people. He later posted on X, describing the gathering as a great interaction with fellow Party colleagues and the new organisational team.

The Seva Sankalp Abhiyan will run for a month, from 17 September to 17 October, marking the completion of Modi's 25 years in public office and aiming to deepen the BJP's grassroots outreach across the nation.
