Basavaraj Bommai Appointed District Incharge Ministers

Bangalore, August 4: Chief Minister Basavaraja S. Bommai has ordered ministers to take immediate charge as district incharge ministers to tackle the work on the Covid-19 management and flood works in the state. Districts incharge responodbility have been temporarily allocated to ministers. The Minister has been instructed to move to the allotted districts and to carry out the Covid management and flood related work expeditiously.

Districts allocated to the Minister 1. V Somanna- Raichur 2. Shankar Patil Munanakoppa-Dharwad 3. JC Madhuswamy- Tumkur 4. Murugesh Nirani-Kalaburagi 5. c. C. Patiala-gadag 6. BC Patil-Haveri 7. Umesh Sword-Bagalkot 8. Sasikala Jolle- Vijayapur 9. R Ashoka-Bangalore City 10. ST Somashekhar-Mysore and Chamanagar 11. Dr. C. N Ashwatha Narayana-Ramanagara 12. Ararag Gnanendra – Chikmagalur 13. K Gopalya-Hassan 14. Dr. Sudhakar-Chikkaballapur 15. K. C Narayana Gowda- Mandya 16. Birathi Basavaraj- Davanagere 17: KS Eshwarappa-Shimoga 18. Govind Karajola-Belgavi 19. Halappa Achar- Koppala 20. No Representation of 13 Districts: Mysore, Chamarajanagar, Ramanagara, Vijayapura, Kodagu, Yadagiri, Hassan, Chikmagalur, Kolar District MLAs were not considered for the new cabinet. Bellary, Raichur, Kalaburagi and Yadagiri districts were not represented on the cadbinet. Only Vijayanagar, Koppal and Bidar districts have got ministerial posts.
