The Fifth Kannada Sahitya Sammelana, themed "Battada Hejje Navinyada Nandadeepa" (Unfading Footsteps, Lamp of Innovation), recently concluded in Sasthana, Brahmavar. Acclaimed literary figure Narendra Kumar Kota presided over the event on Sunday, calling for unity through literature and dedicated efforts for the Kannada language and land. Organized by the Kannada Sahitya Parishat's Udupi District, Brahmavar Taluk Unit, the conference convened at the Shivakrupa Kalyana Mantapa.
In his presidential address, Narendra Kumar Kota emphasized cultivating Kannada language pride.
