On Monday, Bearys Knowledge Campus in Mangaluru hosted the BIT & BEADS Orientation program, welcoming newly admitted students to the institution. Dr. Suprabha K.R., Assistant Professor at the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal, emphasized the importance of holistic development, encouraging students to prioritize communication skills, leadership qualities, and social responsibility alongside academic knowledge. As the chief guest, she advised students to strive for leadership capabilities and create opportunities, rather than solely focusing on securing a job.
Syed Mohammed Beary, Chairman of Bearys Group of Institutions, presided over the event, stressing that dedication and sacrifice are crucial for achieving success. He urged students to adopt a positive attitude, work diligently, and make sacrifices when necessary to attain their goals. The program also honored meritorious students who had achieved academic excellence, with Syed Mohammed Beary congratulating them and encouraging continued success. The orientation introduced new students to the institution’s values, vision, and expectations, as well as the available academic and extracurricular opportunities.
