On August 9th, a ceremony will be held at Kadri Banjan Chavadi in Mangaluru to honor over 60 retired soldiers and brave women from the Kulala community who have served the nation. The event, organized by Yatish Kumar, aims to recognize the community’s contributions to the nation’s defense. The program, scheduled for 11:30 AM, will felicitate retired soldiers from Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, and Kasaragod districts. The main sponsor of the event is Sri Radhakrishna Banjan from Bengaluru, with support from ‘Hill Side Architect’ designers from Mysuru. The ceremony will be attended by prominent guests, including Retired BSF Commandant Sri D. Chandappa Moolya and President of Sri Veeranarayana Temple Kulasekhara Sri Sundar Moolya. The event’s objective is to honor the soldiers and pray for the blessings of the Kshetra’s Naga Devata and other deities. Former Naib Subedars Mohan Kadambara and Gopal N. Kulal were present at the press conference, where the event details were announced.
