Rishi Kapoor slams current generation of actors for not attending Vinod Khanna’s funeral
However, Khanna’s ‘Amar Akbar Anthony’ co-star Rishi Kapoor was upset that no actor from the current generation turned up at the funeral to pay their last respects. Rishi went on a Twitter rant expressing his anger towards the current crop of actors. His first tweet read, “Shameful. Not ONE actor of this generation attended Vinod Khanna’s funeral. And that too he has worked with them. Must learn to respect.”
He then went on to put a series of tweets, with one of them even justifying why his wife Neetu Kapoor and son Ranbir Kapoor couldn’t make it to the funeral.
Yes it has been expressed earlier on social media my wife and Ranbir are out of the country. Would never had been reason not to be there

Rishi also pointed out how several stars made it a point to attend Priyanka Chopra’s bash held on Wednesday night, but skipped Khanna’s funeral.
