Actress Shagun Sharma has openly accused fellow contestant Gaurav Khanna of bullying her during the filming of the upcoming season of Rohit Shetty's reality show, Khatron Ke Khiladi 15. The Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2-star recently detailed her negative experience with Khanna in an exclusive interview with Filmygyan.
Sharma's allegations surfaced when she was asked during the interview which contestant she would prefer not to encounter after the show concludes. Without hesitation, she named Gaurav Khanna. When pressed for a specific reason, Sharma explained that his conduct on the Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 set was the cause. She stated, 'He was someone jinhone mujhe bhot bully kiya hai.'
Elaborating on the nature of the alleged bullying, Sharma recounted instances where Khanna specifically targeted her. 'Let's say, for example, if five people performed a task and four of them aborted it, out of those four, he would pick on me the most,' she described. Sharma further claimed that Khanna frequently made demotivating remarks, including phrases like 'Ye to chor deti hai,' 'She is weak,' and 'Don't do this,' which she felt became 'thode mean way mein.'
Despite her claims, Sharma also acknowledged the intense environment of reality television. She commented, 'I think reality space mein you do become a different version of yourself. So, I wouldn't say ki shayad wo real mein ekdum hi waise hain jaise unhone waha behave kara hai,' suggesting that the pressure of the show might bring out different aspects of a person's personality.
Gaurav Khanna has recently garnered significant media attention, including his wife Akanksha Chamola's announcement of their divorce. As of now, Khanna has not issued any statement addressing Shagun Sharma's bullying allegations.
