Mangalore played host to a significant meeting on June 31, where the success of the special information program of the VB-G Ram Ji scheme was discussed. Mahesh Kumar Holla, the EO of Mangaluru TAP, emphasized the importance of union members cooperating to ensure the program’s success in the village. The meeting, held at Tapam hall, reviewed the progress of the Taluk Sanidhya Sanjeevini Union. Mahesh Ambekal, Assistant Director of VB-G Ramji, provided key insights into the Vikasita Bharat Guarantee for Employment and Economic Mission project, which was launched nationwide on June 1. The project provides for the creation of 125 man days per family, with a wage increase from Rs.370 to Rs.382. A total of 318 types of works are included in the project, with four major priority areas, including the construction of cattle sheds, chicken sheds, and goat sheds, aimed at empowering women. The scheme is being implemented with complete transparency and technology. The meeting was attended by several notable figures, including TAP project manager Sukanya, Taluk Sanidhya Sanjeevini union president Vajrakshi P. Shetty, and Taluk Program Manager Subrahmanya.
