On Wednesday, Abdul Rahim Hussain Sheik, Additional District and Sessions Judge, inaugurated the Student Parliament at Vidyaranya English Medium School and Vidyaranya Global School in Kundapura. He emphasized that leadership is a responsibility that requires discipline and commitment. Sheik advised students to learn to handle this responsibility and understand the importance of working together as a team. He also quoted Mahatma Gandhi, saying that the court of conscience is greater than any other court, and encouraged students to be honest and truthful. Kundapura Bar Association President Srinath Rao and Secretary P Jayachandra Shetty also spoke at the event, emphasizing the importance of responsibility and hard work in leadership. The students were sworn in and received badges from the chief guests. The event was attended by school principals, teachers, and students, and was a significant step in fostering leadership and responsibility among the students.
